D-Day 2013
American Hunter-Gatherers to 69 years ago the Allied invasion of northern France helped mark the end of WW II. 160,000 Allied soldiers fought hard and well through a 50 mile stretch to secure freedom to those who had lost their homes and lands against Nazi Germany.
